Foot Problems?

Our feet is the most neglected part of the human body. Oftentimes, we tend to ignore the symptoms until we can't barely take the pain anymore that leads to serious foot injury.

  • FLAT FEET

  • FLAT FEET (also called pes planus or fallen arches) is a postural deformity in which the arches of the foot collapse, with the entire sole of the foot coming into complete or near-complete contact with the ground. An estimated 20–30% of the general population have an arch that simply never develops in one or both feet.
  • OVERPRONATION

  • OVERPRONATION As with the “normal pronation” sequence, the outside of the heel makes the initial ground contact. However, the foot rolls inward more than the ideal fifteen percent, which is called “overpronation.” This means the foot and ankle have problems stabilizing the body, and shock isn’t absorbed as efficiently. At the end of the gait cycle, the front of the foot pushes off the ground using mainly the big toe and second toe, which then must do all the work.
  • SUPINATION

  • Underpronation (or supination) is the insufficient inward roll of the foot after landing. Again, the outside of the heel makes initial contact with the ground. But the inward movement of the foot occurs at less than fifteen percent (i.e., there is less rolling in than for those with normal or flat feet). Consequently, forces of impact are concentrated on a smaller area of the foot (the outside part), and are not distributed as efficiently. In the push-off phase, most of the work is done by the smaller toes on the outside of the foot.
  • HEEL SPURS

  • Occur when calcium deposits build up on the underside of the heel bone, a process that usually occurs over a period of many months. Heel spurs are often caused by strains on foot muscles and ligaments, stretching of the plantar fascia, and repeated tearing of the membrane that covers the heel bone. Heel spurs are especially common among athletes whose activities include large amounts of running and jumping.
  • A BUNION

  • is a bony bump that forms on the joint at the base of your big toe. It forms when your big toe pushes against your next toe, forcing the joint of your big toe to get bigger and stick out. The skin over the bunion might be red and sore. Wearing tight, narrow shoes might cause bunions or make them worse. Bunions also can develop as a result of an inherited structural defect, stress on your foot or a medical condition, such as arthritis.Smaller bunions (bunionettes) can develop on the joint of your little toe.
  • HAMMER TOES

  • Hammer toes are common and painful deformities in the three middle toes where they appear to always be bent. Causes of hammer toes include shoes that don’t fit properly, foot injuries, bunions, and rheumatoid arthritis. Having toe joints sticking out can cause them to rub and a person may walk differently, risking other foot conditions, such as metatarsalgia. Hammer toes can be a serious problem in people with diabetes or poor circulation.

Don't let that pain stop you from doing what you love. Get the customized Orthotics just right for you.

I started my program 8 months ago after experiencing numbness in both feet’s toes. I was told the regimen is three years, with a new custom orthotic provided every six months. The price seemed substantial, but I researched the topic and found that it was much more reasonable than others, given the length of the treatment. I wore the orthotic religiously every day for first 6 months and gradually it got better. But there was still some numbness. Since receiving my second pair two months ago the numbness has gotten substantially better and now I’m back to running (on the beach) each evening.

Its been 3 months since I got my insole... After a motorcycle accident that happened, I undergo internal fixation due to fracture in my right leg. Series of therapy sessions followed. I experienced back and leg pain when I started to walk again. I also noticed a slight difference in my leg length which affects the way I walk. After I met Doc Mark and introduced this customized insole, the pain I feel in my right leg and back was lessened and also the limp when I walk was also reduced. Thanks Doc Mark! Hoping for a full recovery with this pair of insole!

For 3 years, i am in constant pain in my knee, feet, legs and hips. There are times umiiyak na ako sa sakit at parang hinahatak ko na ang legs ko while walking or using the stairs. Been to several doctors na, at panay pain reliever ang reseta sa akin. Helpless esp pag may lakad or important activity, i really use strong pain reliever. Blessing that i met Dr. Celmark Metran at Alviar BF. Been using the orthafit since July 2018, and iam on my third pair na without the extra charge. Little by little nyo mararamdaman ang pagbabago. I trusted the product, lagi ko sya ginagamit. One time lng ako nagbayad. Big improvement on my hip, leg and feet. nabawasan ang pain ko and now i can go on without the pain reliever. I thought mine was a hopeless case na, but because of orthafit nakakapag mall na uli ako at nakakalakad ng matagal at medyo malayo. Big big thanks po Dr. Metran. I hope others wid my same case will try it, definetely it is more than my money's worth.

Had this foot condition for years now. Went through several check up's from several doctors and all they could recommend was therapy, which didn't work, or just prescribing me NSAID's for the pain and inflammation. Luckily, I discovered this page and decided to get my feet checked. Scheduled for an appointment the same week. Came in the clinic (LeBien BF) which is near my place. Diagnosed of having a flat foot. Doc Celmark recommended a custom fit orthotics to fix the arches of my feet and have it back to normal. Pretty steep price for the orthotics but thought it's a good investment to prevent future injuries that may result on having me spend money on high medical bills. Next check up was after 6 months which was last week and we've already seen an improvement. I've felt it for myself as well as the pain wasn't recurring anymore and I have stopped taking in NSAID's and I'm able to stand and walk for hours without feeling any pain the same day or the next. Already received my new pair of orhtotics to move on with the process of feet correction. Highly recommended for those having foot problems! Schedule an appointment and have it checked by Dr. Celmark. Thanks Doc!
